Visado is an AI-powered project management and guidance tool for Americans relocating to Portugal. We provide checklists, document organization, and AI-generated guidance based on your situation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during signup and onboarding. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or share your account with others.
You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading, you grant Visado a limited license to store and display documents to you within the service. We do not share your documents with third parties.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your Account page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected].
Visado is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for immigration decisions, visa denials, or outcomes based on guidance provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
